Quick Search Tips

 

1. Use Quotation marks " " to search for exact words. E.g. "poverty and nutrition" will display exactly poverty and nutrition results.
2. Select a search option e.g. Search by, Title, Description and File Extension.
   • Search by    - searches everywhere
   • Title              - restricts search to document's title
   • Description  - restricts search to the document's description
   • File Extension  -  restricts search to the document's extension . e.g. pdf, png.
3. Click either on Home or Recent on the left hand corner to search for documents.
   • Home    - Displays all files and folders
   • Recent  - Displays only files
